"Thank you very much for your help last evening! I had a situation with installing my mother’s system, and your staff was wonderful to put up with me!! The problem was not their fault; in fact, I changed the location of her equipment only to hook everything up and find out that I was hooking it up to an inactive cable port! Once I moved everything back, the unit worked perfectly, despite the very time consuming process. Thank you again. My mother appears to be very happy (in tears actually) to have the comfort of knowing she has this system to comfort her! I really appreciate your help and the fantastic price.
